Gotta be tri only... no way is that tubing UCI legal. Front end must be 10:1, UCI limits it to 3:1 or less for airfoil.

Maybe two versions like the new Cervelo... one for the UCI & one for Tri?

Or maybe Spesh just greased McQuads pocket's sufficiently that the UCI invented a new math where that massive headtube profile works out to be 3:1, lol. I don't actually know for sure... just looks to be way beyond a 3:1 ratio.
