Matti crowd pleasing at Comb Syd.. undecided on the faux border, stumbled across one on my hard drive so I thought I'd use it. Reminds a lot of people of Instagram nowadays whereas it always reminds me of darkroom.

 I'd go with the darkroom/printed look. I used to do this in the dark room all the time and I have a similar border that I made for digi pics out of an old scanned b&w. Used to spend hours fiddling with and filing down negative carriers to tweak the look of the border...

 I feel that if the image had more grain/noise the border would be more fitting. Most of my darkroom printing was done during my A levels at college and it would be great to get to use some enlargers again. There is so much more satisfaction in holding a print you've shot, processed and printed compared to looking at your own digital prints!

 yh but theres nothing wrong with shooting film and scanning it in to become a digital print.
