it makes for an excellent ride. the adjustability really allows you to dial in the freedrive however you want it. I find that you can run with only a bit of LSC because the freedrive pedals so efficiently, I also run almost no HSC so as to improve small bump compliance (freedrive has a lot of moving parts, so it isn't the most supple if you run a lot of HSC). I recommend starting with the middle settings and then adjusting from there.
