I have fixed them with new bearings and stuff. I am not super fond of them but they look cool and is light.

 I am very fond of the lg1r cranks. Would be nicer if the axle was black. But eh. They do their job :-)

 Hehe. No i would just paint them if it would ever come to something as drastic as that. Just glad to be off the raceface atlas fr cranks. Those things destroyed my ankles. Unless you ride with some big shoes that cover your ankles you are bound to get some big sores there. Mine where fucked after some close calls with some rocks. The reason is the sharp edges on the crank that is just skin eaters. Dont miss them. But i just might have to get me som sixc cranks next year. Those look good. Or the xo's. But ill see how the lg1r's are looking next season. They might just stay on the bike next season also.
