Marzocchi Launches Limited-Edition Athlete Series Purple Suspension Ahead of Rampage
@lawrence: the 888 evo v2 and 380 is way better than every pre taiwan production forks from them. I got all of the versions of 888. The old ones are good. But not as good as the last 888. And a propper set up 380. Those had to be done correct. Or they would not act right. I have at the moment four 888's on bikes. All highend versions from different years. The last version of the 888evo v2 ti is my favorite fork. Waiting for a bike my dvo emerald fits on. That is the best upside down ive tried period. Yes i do collect. See no point in selling. 26/27.5 dh dont have much resell value these days. And running my own shop for 10 years had its perks. First year 08 of taiwan had some production issues. But most got sorted. Bushing issues. Local dealers usually sorted that out. If you where lucky to have one localy. I bought first rc3. Loved it. A friend of mine bought it and still rides it hasslefree. With regular oil and sealchange.

@bigburd: dont need to. Even with a 26x3.0 gazzaloddi. There is so much space my hand fits between the m arch and tire. And the 29" fits. But the bike becomes so insanely tall its redicules. 24"x3.0" gazza makes it useable.

You allready can use 29" in them. 2.35" magicmarys fit. I have a supermonster in my collection. There is so much space in that fork.

Video: Raw Carnage at EWS Northstar's Gnarliest Rock Garden
Got allot of those types gnarly stuff locally. Even more sketchy when wet. But when it is this gnarly. And basically no bodyarmors in sight. I dont get that.

10 26" Bikes That Still Shred the Whistler Bike Park
The banshee darkside has changeable dropouts for 26/27.5" its like you are saying its a oldschooler. Its not that long ago the last 26" dh/fr frame got produced. 15+ years is oldschool. 4-5 years, no. I have all wheelsizes in my collection 24x3.0" 26"x2.5" 27.5"x2.5 29"x2.35". And switch around. 29" is not any good on my local slower super techy tracks. The 26" still feels way better there. The bigger bike gets to big. There is several places where the bike dont fit around the corner. Steep and sharp turn. I have to stop and bunny. But speedy rockgardens the larger is obviously is better. The larger wheels dont impress as much as the industry is claiming. For me that is. It feels more as a forced investment. I got it because i wanted to see what the hype is.
