I already cut the tabs off the cranks. (not in this pic) And I plan on getting a 25t sprocket soon. But i didn't think you could file vert dropouts?

Sweet sweet! What gearing will it be then? 25-12?
Yeah you can a wee bit! just to find the right tension without using a chain tensioner.
Also, cutting the seat tube is good I would say, cut about 1-2cm off, then re-drill a hole to stop it cracking. Looks sicker and get more slammed!

but if your into being awesome, modding could be cool! Cut post, file/drill dropouts so you can run without tensioner, mabye cut the tabs of cranks or get a differnet gearing.
But seems like a good start for the STP!
