I just finished setting it up tonight so I don't really know. I can't find any sites showing the shock settings so I'll have to contact Fox tomorrow to find out air pressure and clicks out/in. But it's saving me around a pound and a half and I'm not a real bruiser type rider so I'm pretty sure it'll be fine. I cycled through the stroke and don't see any contact or interference though.
