i think this would be good for guys headn out in the weekend, but if it was put to any kind of serious work (all day over an extended period of time) i dont think they would last. i could be wrong though!! are you doing any long term tests on this product? id like to see someone use one in real conditions before purchasing something like this myself.
I also think this is too complicated to deal with heavy duty, but definitely a good idea for people who would like to carry equipment to remote places.
Well made stuff is expensive, but you only have to buy it once. The guy makes these on a hand crank mill and lathe, no CNC. It's a labor of love. Great warranty too.
