Chopping seatpost down once crankset installed and an angleset and offset bushing kit will be installed, hopefully slackening headangle by 2 degrees in total

WHat size of frame is yours mate out of interest? I am stuck to what mines is haha! Apparently mines is a long? Im sure they were small bikes anyway, look really nimble! Managed to mount the cc the other way to! Think i have sussed cable routing although it is tight haha

Mines a smallperfect night but a bit long. But I will grow so its perfect for me

Looks awesome, put the shock the correct way round though. Also, go for an AngleSet instead of Offset Bushings.

I prefer it that way around though, adjustments can be made easier. I know the shock wasnt designed to be mounted this way but performance differences will be minimal. Im going for both an angleset and the bushings mate. Was considering the works components angleset though as i can get a 1.5 headangle reduction with that one (Cane creek is only 1 degree)

If you run off set hardware it actually can affect the suspension design! usally making it a little stiffer! anglesets dont affect anything really... other then stess ha, can you even run a Angleset on it anyway? what size is the headtube?

Ive run offset hardware on my status mate, never really noticed a difference with the fsr suspension design so will be interesting to see how it works with this. Yeah i can run an angleset on it, can also run a works components angleset too which can give me a 1.5 degree slacker headangle (as opposed to the 1 degree that the cane creek offers)

Hardly mate, in my eyes its nothing special then again ive always been a negative person haha! Decided to keep it for now and build it up, may be surprised by it!

im glad youve decided to keep it buddy, even tho it maybe too short for you, you may ride better with a shorter frame, never know til you give it a bash mukka! it is a stunning bike, i love the look of it.

Im sure they were designed a bit shorter, im sure it will be abit more nimbler than the status! WIll see, be a shame to sell it now that most of the parts have been bought! Just cant wait to get it built up but a few other things have now got in the way (family holiday) so finances are being put towards that right now haha
