Actually entering is a federal crime if I remember correctly. Went to school right there are CSU Monterey Bay. Every few weeks they'd have controlled burns on the unexploded ordnance ranges, and our dorms would shake when they hit a bomb or land mine that didn't get detonated during combat training.
