Possibly the king of AM bikes currently on the market. if Norco got one of the big guns to ride for their DH and AM teams they'd be on the podium every weekend these bikes are so fast (the Aurum is possibly THE fastest DH bike in the right hands).

Oh and after a year of trying to find my ideal frame to do a build on...... I'm likely gonna buy a Range 3 and build it to my specs. It really is "that good" a frame. For all the "advancements" in suspension linkages, I can honestly say nothing out there has this much "pop" for playing on the trail, this deep a well of travel (often feels more like a 7 or 8" bike it's so well dialed) for when things get nasty or this much pedaling efficiency (compared to other 160mm frames) when it comes time to go up. Norco is the benchmark for AM bikes that can also rip the park or a back-country epic to shreds... Only thing that comes close to comparing is the Spec. Enduro. Both are amazing bikes, but the Norco is the "sleeper" of the two and IMO the 650B wheels push it over the top.

Build plan so far is:
-Range 3 Frame
-Either a Lyric DH (if they'll fit 650B) or TOTL Vengeance Fork (I find the 34's to be total garbage)
-RS Monarch + rear shock
-Reverb post
-1x10 Drive-train with full guide
-Renthal Bars/Stem combo
... the rest to be determined as I go.
