Thanks, the bends were quite succesful, there was no wrinkling or kinking, even without a mandrell. the tubes were .75 with a .035 wall. i havent made dies for any bigger sizes yet and i dont think my bender would be strong enough. it took a 5 ft cheater bar just to bend the small tubes
