It's hard to say without knowing what your options actually are.
if you have a rotary draw bender, I'd suggest a die with a radius 6" or greater.

It was very difficult to get it, I have the tubes from asia. Im lucky my wife its chinese and have some conections. Finaly I have the chnace to buy 250 PCS. It was a big investment but, if I ride with my new bike, I never think it was a wrong decide : ) For sure I have to much tubes now, but some I sale to my homemade friends. hi alted !!yes i can get it machined, but i don't know about the cost difference over there and here in india, i'm assuming its cheaper. also getting 4140 and 4130 here is bloody damn tough, probably its known by a different name here. as wherever i've asked for 4130 , all i got were blank stares !
