The red is from a rear bike light for 3-4 seconds ish, the bike was lit with a phone app which turn the whole screen white to use as a light source. I just went round the whole thing holding the screen about 10cms away from the frame. It's a bit tricky to know how much to do to begin with, but I combined a few exposures in photoshop to get a decent final image. I only started trying this method the other day, so I'm still just guessing really. It's pretty fun though.
