lest start with: this is the most amazing bike ever for Dual Slalom DJ and Freeride!!!!
I don't do much slopestyle, but I bet it rocks at that too. I built mine a couple weeks ago, frame was in perfect conditions, shipped quick, and everything is ready to install, the no need to face brake mounts or BB, or headset, neither shock mounts.
Frame is very light for how strong it is, my built is around 26 pounds.
I got mine on the Raw color option, stickers comes separate, so you can customize the decals the way you want, or just leave the bike without them, this bike feels like a hardtail when you pedal it, the harder you push on the pedals, the stiff the suspension becomes, but whenever you hit a bump, the suspension kick in and smooths it out; also the frame is very stiff laterally, no flex when you rail berms, thanks to the one piece rear triangle and to the bushing pivot system, also the tubes in the rear triangle have a I beam shape inside, the front triangle uses a nice hydro-formed tubing, is really clean and strong; the shock mount actually braces the down tube not like other brands that just weld two shock mount plates to the down tube, making the shock mount weak; brake and derailleur housing have a very nice routing, with well thought placed housing holders. The bike is very predictable when I jump it, drops are easy, the standover is very low, and the BB too, this bike is perfect for racing and for the average Dirt jumper and freride rider. Loving mine! the Banshee guys are the nest people to deal with, the company is rider owned, what else you want! get yours and you will experience what feels to ride a Banshee!.

Suchhhh a sick bike! It rips on trails and dirt jumps effortlessly! The low bottom bracket and low center of gravity make it corner like it's on rails, while giving it a solid and stable feel. It's really easy to trick because of it's light weight and low standover. Truely a do-it-all bike. I've had days where I'll ride trails, hit some big gaps, and then cruise out to Post Office and dirt jump without thinking twice. The linkage is really dialed as it feels almost locked out when pedaling, though fully active when the going gets rough! I definitely recommend this bike to anyone riding fast trails, slalom/4x, and dirt jumps.

This bike combines the best features of a hardtail; light weight, flickable, excellent pedaling, stiff, with the best features of a full sus; better braking, better conering, more forgiving. All of this makes this bike perfectly capable of free ride and downhill as well as 4x, dirt jumping and slopestyle. The rampant is perfect for an all round play bike with a versatile spec, but can also be refined with a specific spec to make it the ultimate shredding machine.

I Love my rampant! I took this puppy up to silver star and it was amazing in the corners and in the air, Bike can handle everything from 15ft drops to massive dirt jumps. Did I mention how well this thing pedals?

Jumps like a hardtail and yet can handle fairly beasty downhills, great all round bike, short wheelbase and compactness is a hinderence on longer rides though

Banshee Rampant (MSRP $1618) — Big things can sometimes come in small pacakages, and the rampant 4X has the heart of a true champion. This competition 4X/dual slalom frame provides a firm pedal stroke as soon as you stand on it at the gate and will get you holeshot everytime. Once your up to speed just let it run and enjoy the firm but supple feel as it eats up the roughest course. Designed with specific 4X/dual slalom geometry with no compromising.
