haha i found out what was the deal with my norco maniks gears dude! the derailleur was twisted out of shape and the cassette was loose i found out it was actually the free hub and it was also jammed in the hub so bad i bent the 8 mm Allen key trying to get it out so i bought a new hub then laced my s type wheel to it and straightened the derailleur shifts like a dream, i dont think you even recognized me from high school when i was there! we should get out and ride sometime.
