US Secretary of the Interior Opens National Park Trails to eMTBs
Mammoth Cave NP has MTB trails (above ground, not in the cave). That's the only one I know of.

What about power? Does it take a battery? How long does it last?
Cool idea, but wouldn't be worth it if I had to remount my tires every month or two to replace a battery.

I think that depends on how quickly water gets into a normal bike frame. This would presumably float worse than a bike with a half decently sealed tube.
Now if you could use the air to inflate a raft...

It would be even lighter if the tubes were a sealed vacuum (any amount of a gas, regardless of type, is heavier than no gas) but the weight would be trivial.
