@AndrewCuretonrlD: I grabbed some AliExpress bars that are supposed to be 13 degrees to try it out and I think I would like to go more so maybe these are a good option. Was considering a Surly Sunrise but they are almost 800 grams vs 350g. Plus need shims to go to a 31.8mm stem.
