I don’t know where to begin with this bike! How to value something so dear to my heart. Rough estimate of retail value is $11,500. This is the first custom bike I’ve put together in 20 years of riding. It’s a physical representation of all the dreams I had about riding and being in the mountains on a bike. I started building it a year ago, got the frame through Banshee and Dialed Bike Service. At first she was built as a GX workhorse with carbon wheels and other SRAM bits, as well as Fox suspension. Before this bike was really ridden much at all, I had a major accident and haven’t been able to return to biking. I tried…held onto the dream of riding again- and even upgraded everything on the bike. But the body is not going to be ready again for some time. It’s time to let my dreams change and let this beauty go to a new home where it can be loved and ridden the way it’s meant to be. Bike is more than ready to ride - mechanic owned and lovingly built. Every bolt treated with threadlock, grease or copper paste. Titanium bolt package to round out the vibes. The RockShox suspension has never elever bee ridden. Neither has the XT/XTR group set. And let me tell you this bike shreds. The few days I did get on it revealed how these We Are One rims and stiff Hope Pro 4 hubs are a perfect combination that keeps the rider well informed of the trail - the feedback and traction, dampening of the overall build is insane. Combine that with the OneUp carbon bars, an AXS dropper and top of the line brake rotors - and this bike is unstoppable! From climbing high into the alpine to full days at the park - it’s built to do it all. So - the business side of things: Frame: Banshee Rune 27.5 medium. Hand welded, 7000 series aluminum. None of that plastic crap. Wheels: 27.5 WAO union rims on Hope Pro 4 hubs. 32 hole. 6 bolt. Rear is boost (148) Tires: continental Kryptotal, ridden less than 6 times. Adore these tires! 27.5 x 2.4 enduro casing and soft compound front and rear. Cushcore in rear. All set up nicely tubeless and with fresh sealant. Fork: 170mm 2023 Lyric ultimate never ridden Shock: 160mm 2023 Super Deluxe Ultimate never ridden Brakes: brand new never ridden XT. Front 203 MT-905 ice tech finned pads. Rear rotor 180 MT 905 Drivetrain is also brand new and just installed, never ridden. Derailleur: Shimano XT 12 speed long cage Cassette: deore XT cs-m8100 12 speed 10-51 Chainring: Shimano XTR CR-m95 30t Bb: Brand new Mt 800 Cranks: 165 XTR M9100 series Chain: XT deore 12 S Shifter: deore XT 12 S Pedals: PD GR-400 Spank saddle Dropper: 2020 AXS Reverb - no pogo issues so far!
