Here at BPW, we’re always striving to build trails that keep our customers coming back for more. Not content with solely building ‘bike park’ style trails our latest creation ‘Root Manoeuvres’ is something a little more, raw. If you like the sound of a red graded, technical, natural, rocky and rooty trail ‘Root Manoeuvres’ is quite simply going to rock your world!

At 2.5km long, Root Manoeuvres is our longest and most technical red trail. It combines gnarly rock sections, black split lines, rooty off camber sections all with a helping of bar dragging berms. As it’s predominantly an unsurfaced trail bring your waterproofs because you are going to get muddy!

With this project, we’ve had some additional helping hands from our Territorial Trail Crew. Over the course of several dig weekends our awesome volunteers have helped to hand cut several sections of this trail. Thanks for your help guys and we’ll see you on the next dig day!

Nice to see some more flowy stuff with some drops in for good measure. Ones you can actually roll in and out of rather than having a 90 degree corner straight after.
Not a fan of the bone shaking rock garden trails at the park though. (think its wibbly wobbly and rim dinger?)

Rim dinger is shit, always avoid it, even on a DH rig

There's so much good stuff there, easy to avoid any sections you don't like!

Beat me to it! Was gonna say they missed a trick not having that as the song choice!

Gonna be some Dreamy Days riding that bad boy! Probably have to ride it Again & Again while I'm On a High.

I rode it yesterday and it was a mudfest, loads of fun in places trying to keep the bike going where you wanted, but on the slower sections it was hard to keep rolling without getting clogged up. I'd say it's gonna be a favourite once it beds in.

Yesss! Sounds like just my cuppa. Answers the question 'where shall I ride tomorrow'.

maybe they'll smooth out their "flowy" trails now as they've got some proper gnar.

Roots and rocks. Don't need much more than that to have a good time .

doesn't look like much 'natural' stuff on there. But it does look fun :-)
