I'm no engineer, but the shock mount on the top tube looks like a potentially serious design flaw. The mount should be flipped horizontally so that the extra carbon is behind the direction of force from the upper shock mount. As it is, there is only a relatively thin ring of carbon taking all of the forces from the upper shock mount.
