@MX298: Depends on what you mean by "American" cars. Toyota, Nissan & Honda make cars in the US.
If the comment was directed towards the big 3 American brands then its totally justified. While they have all made huge strides in improving overall quality of their products they still fall short. On top of that they continue to struggle with the "perceived quality" shortfall being that cars from Ford, GM & Chrysler just aren't as good. They deserve that rep after the 30 years of crap they plowed into the market! If it wasn't for union lobbyists at least one of them would be out of business.

Küat NV 2.0 Rack - Review
This rack looks great, I'm still rocking a T2 with no complaints though...
Regarding getting a ticket for blocking the licence plate on the vehicle;
I was on the highway in N.Vancouver a couple of weeks ago and what did I see?
A silver Nissan Pathfinder with a hitch mounted rack (Thule I think) pulled over by the police. The surprise here was that the the cop was in the Pathfinder!!!! Full ghost-car kit, hidden lights and all, wish I had a picture of this...
Has anyone else seen this?
What is the legitimacy of these tickets if the cops are rolling with the same set up?

NSR4 bike rack
$400 CAD2015 NSR4 bike rack for sale
Purchased this a few months ago from someone else on here. The rack works great but it's not ideal for my parking situation otherwise I'd be keeping it.
Full disclosure - I bought it damaged, it had been hit and one of the horizontal bike attachment arms was bent. I have since had this repaired by a professional welder, see pics.
As mentioned above the rack works great and is in very good shape, also comes with a new anti-rattle locking pin.
Price is firm.

This was built for my girlfriend and admittedly, I threw a little to much time at it... long story short she needs a proper trail bike and not this, my loss your gain.
