I'm sorry to say you that your calculations for the wheels' rotational energy are wrong. The formula for kinetic energy it's not the same for rotational energy. To evaluate the rotational energy, you must know ho to work with Moments of Inertia. I have a channel about bicycles and I dedicated a whole video to find out if the weight on the wheels is so meaningful, and it isn't, particullarly at high speeds.
