Lost and Found on the Blood Road: 1,200 Miles that Changed Rebecca Rusch's Life
@stifford: having spent a couple of months in vietnam it's amazing how little bitterness people there seem to hold. Her father can be argued to have justly paid the ultimate price for being an unquestioning tip of the military industrial spear that inflicted a brutal high tech war on an agrarian nation trying to find it own path in a post colonial era, on an entirely false premise of the Gulf of Tonkin incident. I guess Redbull's more than just an energy drink, it's a healing potion.

Trek Factory Racing: Qualifying - Fort William DH World Cup 2016
I don't think it's fair to call him out for being a humourless machine, without morality, empathy, personality, or basic humanity. He just races mountain bikes and happens to be english. Also, when other people do it, there's nothing for WynnTV to do for a couple of hours after he's finished his race run and is waiting for the seeds to finish.

I was never really a fan of his, but it's good to see he found this after losing that last fight. Hoping he does well here.

Are You Going Electric? - Pinkbike Poll
I'm all for e-shifting, but I'm waiting for shimano to release a 12 speed Di2 group. I don't want to jump in now and have to replace it all if they go 12 speed next year.

The Bakery: Are Trolls Eroding Our Culture?
Proper trolling is an artform. Beautiful, subtle, profound, ironic. Gently taking the piss, skewering sacred cows and new industry standards, while not quite provoking a flame war. There have never been many great trolls, and few remain still in this social media age, across all websites and forums. Appreciate their talent, denigrate the mere haters.
