DHaRCO Launches New MTB Protection Line Featuring Rheon Labs Technology
Compared to traditional foam-based materials, the RHEON inserts are softer, more flexible, and don’t stiffen up in cold weather. They also don’t crack or tear over time. Because of how the material performs, the inserts can be thinner while still offering the same or even greater protection than bulkier options — which means more comfort without compromising on safety. We worked closely with RHEON to design these inserts to allow for max airflow, so they’re noticeably breathable. And they’re fully recyclable — we can collect used inserts, process the material, and remake them. It’s a truly circular material. The difference is something you can feel and see — if you get the chance, check them out in person at a stockist.

DHaRCO Launches New MTB Protection Line Featuring Rheon Labs Technology
Just to clarify—our chest and back protectors are CE Level 1 certified - sorry that wasn't clear! We chose L1 for this first release because we wanted the balance of solid impact protection that is also breathable, low-profile, and comfortable. That said, we completely get that some riders prefer CE Level 2, and we have L2 options on the roadmap for future releases.

Video: Dharco Launch New '24 Season Range with Commencal Muc Off & Forbidden Synthesis Teams
Hey Kedde, Yes the pants on the new range will fit normal size phones, like an iphone 15 in both of the front pockets. One is positioned lower as some prefer that and one is closer to the waist. A phone generally won't fit in the back pocket, that's for smaller items. Hope that helps.
