BMC Launches New Twostroke 01 XC Hardtail
So the water bottle bolts in the seat tube limit the dropper post insertion depth? Also, the seat tube too long - 44 cm on the size M. The Orbea Alma has a much better solution: a shorter seat tube and bottle mounts that do not interfere with dropper insertion at all. This feels like a surprisingly poor design choice for a 2026 bike.

Review: The New Transition Spur is Lightly Revised and Still Just as Fun
Pros compared to V1: internal storage, shorter seat tube. Cons compared to V1: fully internal cable routing and hidden bolts - maintenance is more difficult. There are also no downtube mounts. Some of us need space for two bottles because we hate wearing backpacks or waist bags. IMO, every cross country/downcountry bike should accommodate at least two water bottles. Overall, Transition Bikes could have done better after six years.

First Ride: Propain Hugene CF 3 – Deliberately Niche
So it's still a Hugeseatubene? 79 cm inseam size, size M, probably couldn't even run 160mm dropper. That's not enough in 2025.

Propain Unveils New Youth Range Mountain Bikes
When is the new adult range coming? The seat tubes are way too long on the current generation. That's the only reason that stopped me from buying the Hugene.
