Between 17th Jan - 9th Feb my Carrera Fury mountain bike was stolen from a locked bike shed in the Hertford area. The Police have been notified and are currently perusing the theft but if you have any information that could lead to the recovery of my bike I would be very grateful and a reward would be offered. If you believe you are in possession of the bike please check the frame serial number: SA50813856. If you are the thief please note that the Police have an accurate description and could easily identify the bike. They are also examining the broken lock as evidence and will pursue any leads that come of this. If you chose to return the bike to me or the Police anonymously no charges will be pressed. When the thief is found I will seek to prosecute to the full extent of the law if they should choose not to return my property. Frame, back wheel and cranks are stock but it has the following upgrades: Gusset Open Prison bars 3" rise in white Gusset Lil Git stem Hoffman Bikes grips and bar ends Avid Juicy 3 back brake Jagwire Hyflow brake hose Crank Brothers 5050 XX pedals RockShox Argyle 318 forks Halo SAS front rim in white Atomlab GI front 20mm hub DMR Void saddle FireEye seat post Halo Twin Rail back tyre Maxis Holy Roller front tyre Other points to mention about the bike is that it has recently had a new complete brake bleed and hose change with new rotor fitted. It runs on a 12t rear sealed casette hub with 27t sprocket and 24" wheels. The frame is also V brake compatible although i have never used V's on the rim. The front wheel was custom built and has a 20mm thru axle. The bike is in great working order and all parts are fully functional. Sad to see it go but i have a car now and have little use for it as i do not ride anymore. I would be able to deliver the bike within the Bournemouth and Poole area free of charge and within the Dorset/Hampshire area at buyers expense. I can also ship the bike at buyers expense.
