Pinkbike Poll: Do You Suffer From Arm Pump When Mountain Biking?
It's a suspension problem. The top end forks from the big companies all choke on sharp edges. This force spikes and the resulting vibration accelerations can buzz your hands numb on rough tracks at speed.
The worse your setup the worse it gets but there is no way to fix it without internal modifications.

Bike Check: The Most Dominant Race Bike of 2026 - Jonty Williamson's Yeti Special Projects DH
@lkubica: aero losses square with speed which is why the fast guys don't need their brakes as much. They've got wind resistance doing it for them.
Riding slowly down with constant braking is how you cook them.

Bike Check: The Most Dominant Race Bike of 2026 - Jonty Williamson's Yeti Special Projects DH
@lkubica: Riding slower makes brakes run hotter. The faster you go the better they cool.

Middle aged dads use their brakes a lot more than fast young ones do.

Asking World Cup Mechanics the Important Questions In La Thuile
He's dead right. Daq isn't giving results that were promised. It just buries people in a mountain of data they don't understand.
The graphs and algorithms suggest changes the writers of that code don't understand.

Tech Randoms: Lenzerheide DH World Cup 2026
@MasterSlater: It's not luck, I've done dozens of them. We're the Hayes distributor and service center. Just snug them up and bleed.

Ride 886 Releases TopHat Dual-Stage Air Spring System
@davetrumpore: I was selling the SD Components DVC in the late 2010's. The setup was too complicated for most riders and that was a major barrier to sales. As you will find with this product too.
Recommended ratios need to change with fork travel (for forks with different air shafts) and with rider aggression. That's before you start adjusting third chamber volume......

Spotted: Yeti's New 6-Bar Enduro Bike
@GTscoob: The shape of the curves is all the matters. The rest is 100% marketing bollocks.
Four bar horst link does everything people actually need. Just look at these articles praising bump response of a suspension linkage. The suspension linkage has no effect on bump response. That's 100% shock.
