I love Steve and the crew. Why is the photographer in front of the shooting line?

2019 Pinkbike Awards: Component of the Year Nominees
TL : DR The OneUp Post moves the cable housing to make it work, which is incredibly unreliable.
The One Up dropper post utilizes the most unreliable and troublesome post actuation I have witnessed. Every other post manufacturer that uses a cable for actuation actually USES the cable. The one op dropper post compresses the CABLE HOUSING. The cable itself doesn't move. The end of the housing presses against a button on the bottom of the post. While this unique approach allows less overall length (shortest in the business!!!), it requires the housing to have a small amount of movement available, in order to actuate the post. If you happen to own a frame with tight internal routing that causes the cable housing to be restricted, that restriction directly applies to the post actuation.
Fox Transfer gets the win for my budget.

Sep 2, 2015PRICE DROPPED Hadley 12x150 / 20 mm, 26", MTX 33 rims
$375 USDFinally selling my custom wheelset built by Dave Thomas at Speed Dream wheels ($1000 new). These wheels are in phenomenal condition, no nicks/flat spots/dents, and have been professionally trued (even though they didn't need it). I managed to get about 3 months of riding on them before I blew up my ankle, then bought a Bronson so they won't fit the current bike.
Build:
- 12x150 rear, black Hadley hub with Shimano cassette body, Sun Ringle MTX 33 rim, DT Swiss spokes (black, one red at the valve stem)
- 20 mm front, black Hadley hub, Sun Ringle MTX 33 rim, DT Swiss spokes (black, one red at the valve stem)
Dave at Speed Dream wheels is by far the best wheelbuilder on this planet. These wheels are incredibly strong, and spin faster than Satan. Whoever gets these will be incredibly satisfied.
Will throw in a set of Bontrager Big Earl tires with the nubs still on them for $40.
