There Are Only 5 World Cup Enduro Teams Registered for 2026
The discipline is in no mans land. XC has great wheel to wheel racing and DH has the flat out speed. To make televised enduro work it has to be either Megavalanche style mass start at the top of a huge mountain or a version of XC with laps on a much harder course.

It's may favourite event of the year but as they get jumps get bigger (and I get older) it's becoming a tough watch. Maybe some Motogp style airbag suits are needed as a requirement.
