Race Face Next R Cranks - Review
I saw a lot of negative arrows on ANYONE who speak about there unfortunate instances of Raceface... I however did not say I broke my carbon cranks, although... I just reported what Raceface "said to me", both US and Canadian customer support, they do not honor any warranty from customers who bought there carbon cranks from online retailers. If it is now the case that Raceface honors Warranty from online retailers, then that would be the quickest 180 and a positive towards honoring customers who did. P.S. How many DH racers you see on podiums running Carbon cranks? The Syndicate team do not run Carbon cranks and as far back as I can see never did, nor many other DH race teams that have sponsors that produce carbon cranks, and the consensus among all the mechanics, racers, and bike shop owners that race, sell and sponsor DH racing in the Tri states I SPOKE with is, carbon is too unpredictable and not as reliable as conventional metal cranks, for racing. I personally run carbon cranks on my DH bike, however only for show. When I race or prepare for any gnarly DH coarse, the metal cranks get installed on my bike.

Race Face Next R Cranks - Review
Raceface has non existent WARRANTY on their Carbon cranks, at least if you buy them from ANY reputable online retailers, this was the consensus among other riders AND Raceface. So if you did not buy your cranks from local bike shop you will not receive a warranty even if your cranks develope warranty issues within the time period. So if your online purchase from Jenson USA or other online retailers carbon cranks fail even after a month your shiiit outta luck guys.
