Burning Question: Why Don't More World Cup Downhill Teams Sponsor a Woman?
Just to comment on the introduction up there and not the team stuff. But that 15 women qualify vs 60 men and 40 broadcasted men vs 10 broadcasted women is pretty close to equal if you do the simple math and compare it to the number of people who are actually competing. In Leogang last year there were 38 women who finished qualies of which 15 qualified. That's 39%. There were 149 men who finished qualies and 60 of them qualified. That's 40%, so pretty darn close. And then both in the men and women, 66% of the qualified riders get broadcasted.

Superenduro 2017 Round 3, La Thuile - Day 3
I think issue is that he changed the tire after stage 1. Racers were only allowed outside help after stage 2 at the paddock area where the feedstation also was, even though we passed close by our pits after stage 1 we weren't allowed to get help or change or take/put anything there. He is an honest racer at that is so cool to see.
