9 Unique Rides from Whistler's Brutal 1,460m Back Forty Cross-Country Race
I wonder if Jesse meant 1.5 and 1.6 bar = 22 and 23 psi. I'm 155 lbs and run the Conti Magnotal front and Dubnital rear at 19 and 22 psi. Realistically that's too low for me, but things are super dusty and loose in my home area.

Bike Check: Dylan Maples' Modified Pivot Phoenix
I run 2.0mm thick rotors with the new XT brakes and they cut down on the free play a good bit vs the stock 1.8mm rotors. I also did this with the last generation XT/XTR brakes. 2.2mm thick rotors would just about eliminate excess free play without any special bleeding.

Video: Asa Vermette's Finals Crash POV from the Loudenvielle DH World Cup
At first I thought he just forgot were he was on the course, but looking closely he pushes wide of a small berm and struggles to get back to the race line. 3:05 - Looks like he's well positioned to entere back on to the main racing line, but then the front wheel jumps left away from the line. 3:06 - His front wheel is left of the hardpack race line and out in a loose newly formed rut. 3:07 - He's still struggling to get front wheel back left on the race line. Instead it's sitting at the top of a rough ridge. 3:07 - 1/2 way through 3:07 it's too late. The front wheel is still off line and pointed straight at the barrier. Of course all this happens over 30-40 meters in less than 2 seconds.

Video: Joe Barnes Restores a Legendary Iron Horse Sunday for a Retro DH Showdown
Making me wish I hadn't given away my 2010 Giant Glory a couple years ago. I still have a 2016 Pivot Firebird 27.5 that I ride regularly. It's still pretty damn good. On display I have a 2003 Intense M1 and a 2004 Tomac 204 Magnum, but I'm not sure the parts on those are reliable enough to ride.

Norco's New $4,500 Torrent DH - Ready for Big Moves & the Bike Park
@You2: The TR11 is $6599 vs Torrent DH at $4499. The TR11 is nearly $2100 or nearly 50% more expensive. The TR11 does have nicer suspension, but you certainly are paying for it.

Spotted: The New, Unreleased Santa Cruz Tallboy Showed Up In Transition Bikes' Parking Lot
If this news is fairly accurate then it should be a very competitive bike. My shop used to sell mostly enduro bikes, but the last two years lighter weight 130 bikes have been more popular. I'd assume it's a lot easier to build a light Horst link bike than a light VPP low link bike. Hopefully Dario likes the new one as much as the last gen.

Porsche Makes "Painful Cuts" as it Closes eBike Performance Group
The Salt Lake City Porsche dealership just finished a new 60,000 sq ft building that has about 140 new and used Porsches in stock? That building project did start 2 years ago, so maybe times have changed.
