Pauline Ferrand Prevot Pulls Out of the 2021 Race Season
Sad that she thinks you can only have some chips and wine now the season is over. There's the reason right there that she's burnt out. The female cyclists obsession with being as thin as possible is extremely dangerous, Lecomte is exactly the same. So refreshing to see such an athletic lady in Evie win world champs, particularly considering where she came from with her own eating disorder. If only these cyclists focused on being healthy, eating well, not counting calories and being as strong as possible instead of as thin as possible.

2019 Pinkbike Awards: Comeback of the Year Winner
I'd say Rebecca Henderson had a pretty good come back too. Similar issues to Jenny but came back and was even better than previous and from a country that is so far from the European xc scene. Definitely think Jenny deserves it but just though Bec was worth a mention

5 Things We Learned at Snowshoe XC World Cup 2019
I wish the UCI would stick to their own rules though. Courses are supposed to be 4-6km and races should be 1:30 to 1:45 yet so many courses were shorter and nearly all races were too short. I don't understand why they don't follow motocross and just make it a time limit plus a lap. 1:20 plus a lap would work perfectly. Also make the courses longer, nothing worse as a rider than doing heaps of ridiculously short laps.

5 Things We Learned at the Nove Mesto World Cup XC 2019
Bec henderson actually looked to be riding the prototype version of the mondraker as it has the integrated stem in the top tube and not the production version standard setup the men were racing. You have to look close but it seems she may prefer the old test frame or possibly due to her small size?
