Opinion: What Are Your Worst Bike Habits?
My bad habbit- (trying to) solve problems in literally any other part of my life by disappearing from real life for the day on my mountain bike

Video: The Real Story of Greg Minnaar's Val Di Sole Crash, Animated
Don’t know why I’m smiling so much watching/listening to Greg telling a story about what sounds like a pretty bad day but it was great! Taj’s animation is great and have always enjoyed listening to Greg talk as well, loved it!

Tech Week 2023: Smart Trainers, Casual Glasses, & Fresh Bum Cream
Yeah it's not so much for the padding, but the rubbing after a long or very pedally day in the saddle.

Opinion: What Are You Too Picky About?
Bike has to be clean & quiet (except for the freehub!). A recent move to coil shock has taken my bike to new levels of quietness, I can't stand rattles and squeaks. Second thing i'm picky about is a freehub that's working properly, I can tell whether it needs a clean and lube based on the sound, it should be crisp! And absolutely no sticking. When I'm rolling down the trail, all I want to hear is the freehub and the sound of my tyres in the dirt.

Bontrager Line Elite 30 Wheelset -29inch -Carbon Fibre -Front Hub 15x110mm with 6-bolt brake mount -Rear Hub 12x148mm (Boost) with 6 bolt brake mount and Shimano Microspline free hub adapter (others can be bought from Trek online/dealer to adapt to SRAM etc) -Freehub is the Bontrager Rapid Drive with 105 points of engagement (3.5degs) Wheels have come off my 2021 Slash 9.8 XT and have been used for 1 year, so there is plenty of scuffs and scratches but they are still 100% straight at both ends. The hub bearings were replaced within the last 2 months and still feel fresh. Freehub has been regularly serviced and recently got a fresh set of pawls and springs too and is running very nicely- I am meticulous about this! The wheels are very light, stiff and strong. Combined with the fast freehub they provide a very snappy and responsive ride and would suit an aggressive trail or enduro bike. RRP of these new is ~ £850 for a set. Price is based on pickup in central Edinburgh but can be posted within the UK mainland- message me to discuss the cost of this. I would also be happy to hand these over in person at any of the Tweed Valley trail centres, where I ride most weekends.
