Rock Shox 400lb x 57.5-65mm Spring

$20 GBP
Used Rock Shox 400lb x 57.5-65mm Spring (151mm length), taken off my Super Deluxe Ultimate. Approx 3 years old, scuffed and the paint has come off off in a few spots, as per pics but still perfectly usable- selling as a I swapped to a heavier spring. £20 posted within the UK mainland (only) or less for local pickup, or make me a sensible offer.

First Look: Hope EVO V6Ti Brakes - Six Pistons Are Back
I don't need these. I will never need these. I don't even need the amount of stopping power my Tech 4 E4's have with 220mm rotors. But do i want them? F*** yeah i do.

Throwback Thursday: 16 Race Bikes from the 2016 EWS Opener in Chile
Totally agree. These bikes were fast AND fun for normal riders, on the terrain we ride. The pursuit of outright speed for the racers might have made them faster, but made them more unwieldy and less fun for the masses. Also enduro courses in this era were much more relatable to the riding that most of did then and still do now. So much more variety, and also with some proper climbing mid stage.

5 Things We Learned From the 2026 XC World Cup in South Korea
Racing should take place in all conditions, and as others have said- riding in the rain and mud that comes with it, is a big part of the sport for many (refer to the flag next to my username!) but the key word here is 'riding'. The riders should be able to complete the majority of the course without needing to run. I think having a few key sections that are so dire that the best riders might try to ride and some might walk, is also fine, like a steep chute or corner here and there, as a feature of the trail. But if the whole thing turns into a running race, we've changed sports (CX already exists!).

What are we actually looking at there in the last pic? Of a 'Not a Shimano Saint'?

Video: Inside South Korea's Mountain Bike Scene
Great video Charlie! And very refreshing to see mountain biking in an unfamiliar setting where the sport and culture is still young and developing, this made me happy to watch :)

The Specialized Demo 11 is Finally Here (And It's $6,500 Just for the Frame)
For that price I would be expecting it to come with the same magical buttons and lights as Bruni's prototype. Having said that, I will never need this but definitely want it anyway!

Reader Story: One Rider’s 3D-Printed Stainless Steel Solution for Brake Lever Ergonomics
@schalkpienaar: I won't laugh too hard, I often get laughed at as I run my brake levers pointed a long way downwards towards the ground. My theory is that this position suits me the most when I am descending and using them- out of the seat and weighting the front wheel with my elbows out!
