honestly the Brand-X ascend dropper is the only dropper I had zero problems with. No stiction, no hard lever, no nothing just always worked.
Now days I have to service my dropper more often than I service myself

I guess. I just feel like a lot of other companies pay for shipping etc or just send you a new wheel. Fact is I’ve invested like over $2k now so I’m riding these wheels for the foreseeable future.

@CobyCobie: dude exact same I should have went with reserves. I’ve broken 2 of the unions and every time it’s $165 to get a new wheel after shipping to+from and rebuild cost. It just stings every time since I thought I was getting best in class warranty.
