$650 USDItems included in asking price cane creek headset, cane creek double barrel shock, seat post clamp, 12 X 142 dropouts w/axle, shipping to CONUS. Shock is due for annual service and pivot bearings have never been serviced(still feel good). This frame has scratches from being ridden in the, you guessed it, rocky mountains. No dents. I would be willing to get the shock serviced and bearings replaced for additional $250. I can also send you more detailed pictures of frame if interested. Only selling because I purchased a newer version, great bike, love everything about it...Happy to answer any questions, especially the dumb ones!

Abi's Lessons From Crankworx - Stretching
Hhmmmm, where to start....stretching is stretching not Yoga....I think this was Abi's first MTB festival...there are plenty of MTB riders who stretch before and after riding...for starters have you seen the pictures of the BCBR coverage?
