Transition was the new Kona but are now the new Santa Cruz. Chromag is the new Transition who used to be Kona. Santa Cruz is the new Specialized. Specialized is now Apple. Trek is Android.

Stinner Frameworks Launches the Romero: A US-Made Steel & Aluminum Trail or Enduro Bike
Stinner is doing interesting things here in California. They started making pretty boutique road frames and made a name for themselves locally. Then - instead of just doing that - they started investing in manufacturing. They boosted capacity and started doing white label stuff for other brands.

All seemingly smart moves that seem to be working to build something real. I'm really rooting for all of this.

Can we be done with the whole retro Gulf thing already?
It was cool when the first guy did it in 2002 and then maybe ONE modern Ford GT.
But the watches, coffee mugs, phone cases, cufflinks, pens, lifted pickups, garage motifs, etc... We get it. There are many other iconic racing liveries you could quote.
