The annual King of the Barn Jam was an even better success this year than ever before! The local crew worked overtime to upgrade the park 2 weeks prior to the event, raising all modules by at least 1 foot, making the park really legit now! They've been working really hard for the past 5 years and hosting such an awesome event could not of been possible with the hard work of these guys. We (LamaCycles) decided to help out this year and sponsored them with a bunch stickers, t-shirts, KHE MAC2 tires and a KHE Root 360 complete BMX!
This BMX was destined to the most persevering kid at the jam and that kid was Mathieu Ouellette from northern Quebec. His family drove for over 9 hours to get there and the kid did not disappoint. This 16 year old tried over 5 times to backflip the jump, coming really close to landing it and rode the park like a champ!
RESULTS - PRO 1. Joel Marchand 2. Dillon Lloyd 3. Sylvain Aubichon
Huge thanks to all the locals who've sweated buckets to keep this unique park open and running better than ever! Also big thanks to Marshall 'The Man' who helped LamaCycles with transportation and a nice place to sleep after partying in his beautiful accomodationn facility
