I completely forgot Spec was still making a 26" SJ in 2014..
I built up a 2014 Evo 29 carbon, with light tires it was at or under 26lbs if I remember right.

GPS was banned, they use a combo of on-bike sensors and a 'track positioning system' that sounds like it's based off of the sector timing lights.
The newest Aprilia RSV4 factory does use a GPS module:
"Last but not least, the Race Pack, featuring the GPS Module, works alongside the Suspension Pack to fine-tune the Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension and dynamically adjust vehicle parameters sector by sector using the exclusive CornerByCorner function."

I had an '03 Big Hit, and then went all out with a Demo 9 DH in '04. Completely useless here in MN, but made it out to Big Sky and Jackson Hole a few times. That thing ripped, I miss it.
