Pinkbike Poll: Do You Suffer From Arm Pump When Mountain Biking?
Most people get arm pump bc their brake levers are pointed down too much. Especially when going downhill it forces you hand and wrist to be even more flexed which then makes your wrist do more work instead of your natural skeletal alignment do most of the weight bearing. Bring levers up and wrists will be in a more relaxed position
