Apr 21, 2026Canfield Yelli Screamy hardtail
$1600 CADReally fun hardtail with modern geo. Built for my daughter but she's not into mountain biking... Large frame. Rode the bike a few time myself at 6'2''. I would keep it but already have a Canfield Nimble 9. Frame was wrapped professionally
Fork Lyrik 130mm (could change for a Lyrik 140mm ultimate with extra $)
Oneup carbon riser bars
Oneup dropper 200mm with wolftooth lever
Shifter/derailler XT 11 speeds
XT 4 pistons brakes with new sintered fined pads
SRAM GX 10-42 cassette
Crankset Canfield 165mm
Canfield stem
Absolute black oval chainring
Roval traverse aluminium weelset (dtswiss internal)
Would prefer local pickup. Could sell frame only. Make me an offer

12 Little Rippers' Downhill Bikes from The Malverns Classic
The worst is for teenagers... My son went from XS Trek hardtail, small RSD middle child hardtail, large Santa Cruz Hightower (old shorter geo) and finally to Ibis Ripmo AF XL all in like 3 years... He's now 6'5'' and still growing a bit at 15 YO. I wonder if he'll need an XXL soon... At least with smaller bikes, price tag is smaller and, as other have said, those bike are in high demand on resale market

Video: Tahnee Seagrave's Struggle with Concussion in 'How We Roll' - Episode 3
Ct will only show the brain anatomy. It doesn't give much information on function. You can have a severe concussion and a normal CT.

Field Test: Commencal Meta HT AM Ride - Big Tires & Big Fun
Rekon is a little bit smaller than other Maxxis 2.8. On my son's Highttower 2018 with ARC 40 rims, Rekon is 2.7 and DHR2 is 2.8, same as DHF that we ran before... Personally, I'm more into 29er than 27.5+ but I think they have their place... Previous son's bike was a RSD Middlechild with 27.5+ such a fun bike

Downcountry Fork Review: Öhlins RXF34 m.2 vs Fox 34
@shinook: Last summer I met a guy (big lad maybe 240lbs) on a trail with a new Devinci Marshall. He was complaining to his friend about the rear shock constantly bottoming out. His friend was like:" You have to turn this red dial toward the rabbit, it's for when you're riding fast, it will give you more support!" I thought he was joking but neither had a clue what SAG was...
