Cannondale Factory Racing May Use Aero Gravel Wheels At Nové Město XCC World Cup
It's more likely going to be 32 inch wheels rather than deep dish at Leadville this year. My hunch. Just curious to see which team/brand is going to be the first to break out their 32 bike at a WC.

S-Works Enduro S4 w/ Fox X2 updated internals

$1400 USD
I'm a 140lb XC racer, so this Enduro has seen "light" riding. The bearings are smooth and the X2 shock has been updated to the new internals that don't blow up on this bike (yes, I blew up the shock twice before I got the updated internals and no issues since). The shock is fine at the moment but will be due for a service soon. The bike was ride wrapped before I ever rode it but I did ride this thing for 5 years and it shows. There are spots where the paint is chipped and carbon shows but there is no structural damage. It's a rad bike, I just stopped riding it so finally stripped the parts and am selling the frame/shock. Included is a Cane Creek bottom bracket in good condition and a Cane Creek 70 headset also in good condition. I think this is priced quite fairly for s-works carbon, make an offer!

Video: Chris Akrigg Makes the Impossible Look Smooth in 'Up & Over'
Meh, I hear ya, but what he gains in motor power he has to make up for with strength to jump that thing around. Just as impressive as his non-ebike videos imo, and I don't ride an ebike...

2025 Val di Sole XC World Cup XCC Short Track Results & Highlights
@xciscool: cyclists don't peek at 24 dog, and he's getting a lot more factory support now which means he can focus on training with a lot less stress. In what other sport do people assume cheating when an athlete is successful. Gee, couldn't a mix of old fashioned hard work, a heap of motivation, and a healthy dash of raw talent be the secret sauce?

U.S. Budget Proposal Includes Plan to Sell 3 Million Acres of Public Land
@Simann: If you think huge private equity firms and the Musks and Bezos of America haven't ALREADY cut some back room deals with your Swamp Monster Trump to get themselves and their shareholders big parcels of these PUBLIC lands for real estate development, energy sucking servers, and general resource pillaging, you are an absolute nob. Do you think an average American who who can barely afford to buy entry level real estate is going to be able to buy some some massive tract at gov't auction? Really? And you think selling our land at bargain prices to these insiders is somehow going to reduce our TRILLION dollar deficit enough to lower my taxes? Can you share what you're smoking??

First Ride: The New Fox 36 SL - Bigger Stanchions for Shorter Travel Bikes
Couldn't disagree more, 180 and Codes (or choose whatever trail bike brake you like) are plenty powerful for a bike with a 140 fork. Not enough power for you? Put on the adapter and run your 200 or 220 or whatever. But for those of us who just want to run 180's on our downcountry rippers, we would be out of luck. So there's no benefit to Fox for forcing people into a 200 rotor size, especially on a fork marketed to people trying to stay light.

2024 Pinkbike Awards: Mountain Bike of the Year Winner
The MTB of the Year will rattle loudly until you disable one of its "features." Hard to believe it was really THAT much more fun to ride than any of those other bikes... the Epic was robbed!

Frameworks Customer Donates DH Bike to Benefit Hurricane Victims
The MTB community in WNC has stepped up to the plate in a huge way throughout this disaster. Every rider I know was out on day one with a saw to clear roads and help with homes, delivering aid, flushing toilets, and on and on. And then trail access came back faster than any of us could believe. For folks that don't understand, the relief efforts and reconstruction will take years - there are places just outside of Asheville that are still absolute carnage from the flood and storm. The headlines have moved on, and this region has shown tremendous resilience, but the truth is we still desperately need help - primarily monetary / economic aide - to help put lives back together. Thank you Colin and Neko for your generous contribution!
