Bike Check: 4 Winning Bikes from the 2026 Downieville Classic
My Revel Ranger v1 (L) weighed in at 27.15lb with tube , tools, co2 and Victoria airliner in the rear. The times they guys and gals do is mind blowing. OK they’re all 20+ years younger than me but still. Props to the guy I met that did the race on his Transition enduro bike with the Zeb fork. That bike weighed in at 38. Brutal.

@justinb03: I ran Continental Dubnital F/R in the DVC over my previous Rekon / Rekon Race. They were definitely faster rolling but took a little getting used to.
