5 Things We Learned from the Crans Montana XC World Cup 2024
@badbie: He has stated that he prefers MTB to road, which I can agree with, but it seems as though he doesn't quite understand road racing which is strange. He is nowhere near a GC contender at this point, and may never be if his time trialing doesn't improve, yet I get the impression he thinks he can win the yellow jersey based upon individual power output alone. It's as much of a team sport as soccer or baseball which is something he doesn't seem to have absorbed yet.

Bird Aether 9

$775 USD
Bird Aether 9 frame 2021 size L 29" 130mm Rockshox Deluxe Ultimate 12x148mm rear wheel Frame has been wrapped since new. This is a rare bike in the US, but it won MBUK's trail bike of the year in 2021 and is a fantastic allrounder. Shock was serviced this Winter and has not been used since. It's a size large. I'm 5"11 and it was great for me. Truth be told, I've maybe ridden this 15 times due to persistent injury. There might be one or two tiny cosmetic marks but this has never been crashed or dropped so it basically looks perfect. Happy to ship anywhere in the country via Fedex if the full asking price is met.

First Look: Lee Cougan Crossfire Trail XC Bike
"Lee Cougan" sounds like a local rough kid from the 90s who'd pinch your Kenwood stereo from your Vauxhall Nova.

Push Industries Releases Nine. One Inverted Fork
@dancingwithmyself: I purchased my first pair of DT socks 6 years ago, and, I shit you not, I have no idea which pair was my first because none of them show any signs of wear whatsoever. However, you really should take advantage of the warranty if needed. My cat ripped a hole in the side of one sock. I took a picture and sent it to their customer service department. Had a new pair of socks the following week. Comfy, warm, breathable, basically indestructable, yet honored with a lifetime warranty. They changed my life.
