If you are so fortunate to own an Intend inverted mountain bike suspension (USD) fork, then you know how amazing these forks perform. Intend pushes innovation and produces high-end boutique mountain bike suspension and components. And with this in mind, we were compelled to take their fork a step further and developed a set of high-end carbon fiber reinforced stanchion fork guards. These forks are a financial investment and it only seemed fitting to add peace of mind to your purchase by protecting your stanchions from any unexpected damage, and as a bonus, they look really dang good! In addition, upon our first ride in a local parking lot hucking to flat off a set of stairs, the stock front hydraulic brake cable guideS popped right off upon compression. And thus in our fork guard design, we knew we had to incorporate a redesign of the front cable guide system by implementing a "moto-style" carbon fiber reinforced cable guide rod and clamp. Our moto fork guard and brake guide system has over-exceeded our expectations in performance and can't see ourselves ever going back. We're so impressed with the results that we're currently in process of designing a retrofit kit to mount on other USD brands such as Manitou, DVO, & Bright suspension forks. Hello, I'm looking for someone to partner with in moving forward with what I've been prototyping and iterating upon a proprietary handlebar and master cylinder brake system. I've been running my new handlebar design for the past year and proprietary brake lever and love it and can't see myself going back to traditional bars and levers. I've 3D printed a new mechanical advantage master cylinder system and need to iterate it to a V1 prototype. I'm a really good designer, but deep engineering is not my grace and gift. It takes more effort than necessary to really maximize time and rapid iterating and it's just best to partner with someone as it can move creation by an order of magnitude+. I'm looking to partner with someone is who is: 1. Highly competent, especially in hydraulics, mechanical advantage and ideally in composites. 2. Who loves bikes and innovation 3. Who lives near Santa Cruz/Bay Area and would like to partner in making something new and innovative 4.
