Probably, yeah. But I'd say it's very unlikely for that to happen, as carbon can be fairly flexible if done right, especially because the whole wheel is one unit.
I'd love to see some kind of stress analysis for this

The way rotor covers are built and attached, a lightweight metal one WILL certainly bend, and that's really the last thing you want, there's a good reason these full covers are almost always plastics or carbon fibre.
