Riding while Battling an Autoimmune Disease
Well written piece and goes to show never give up! I’ve suffered with poor joint mobility all my life although not as bad as Joonas. Am about to try celery juice as part of my diet, used correctly it apparently works wonders with the gut and joint pain. It’s an acquired taste is all I can say for now! Good luck for the future Joonas!

Rocky Mountain Announces All-New Reaper Kids' Full Suspension Bike
I brought my boy up over the last few years on an Intense uzzi vpx small with a -2 headset and 160mm fork and at first 24” wheels and 155 (modified sram X9) cranks. Now on 26” and 170 cranks. It’s 1x11 and dropper post. Dropping and slaking the front end resulted in 66 ha 75 sa. Cost was around a grand, it’s been a great bike to get him started. Some pictures over on my Instagram @piersjonesmtb
