@jwa9681: Yup...our bad on that one. We definitely had some big mishaps in the changeover from V1 to the R-Series. We listened, learned, and made adjustments to how that program works. Really sorry for your experience.

First Look: The $865 Push SV8 Coil Shock
@stormracing We admittedly made some mistakes with our reconfiguration program during the changeover from the V1 to the R Series. It really came from the introduction of “Metric” sizing, trunnion mounts, etc. When we first introduced the V1 we only had a few sizes and traditional mounting. We did make adjustments to that program and began offering things like a trade-in if a reconfig was cost-prohibitive as one example. We would like to apologize for that experience though. It was our bad, and we’ve adjusted our program based on feedback just like yours.

@adrennan: Yeah, unfortunately with the ELEVENSIX we're only able to reconfigure it to approved fits. We definitely have run into a few situations where riders want to take it to a new bike that we don't have a fitment for. Not common, but definitely has happened. Sorry about that experience, we are trying to increase bike fits all of the time.

@code26: Clearly you're still upset that we turned down your sponsorship request after we had Sorge review the ride video you submitted. While we don't expect everyone to be at Kurt's level, ultimately he has the final say. If had been up to us...the fact that you raced "Pro-Beginner in the Amateur Class" at your local Y would have got you on the program. You keep pushing...you'll get there!

@Explodo: Are you saying that you had to file down the shock eyelet? We obviously ship a lot of GG shocks as they sell them with the bike and are not aware of an issue. GG also hasn't mentioned it to us.
