Video: A Heartfelt Ode to Vermont's MTB Community in 'Thanks in Advance'
I've ridden all over the US, Europe (Madeira, the Alps), New Zealand, Whistler, Squamish, Oaxaca.... Maybe I'm sentimental as a guy from New England, but VT is one of my favorite places on earth to ride my mountain bike.

Gore Reportedly Set to Close Gorewear Cycle Clothing Division
Many of the companies you probably love license their product. I understand your heart is in the right place, but this is a bad take.

Grow Cycling Foundation Shares Top Job Postings for September 2024
@TommyNunchuck: My experience as well. To all my buddies I was working at said bike company with, things seemed pretty good. Then I talked with other buddies I went to school with and they were all making 100k+ or even 200k+ by their late twenties. I then realized I was never going to get where I wanted to go making a bike industry salary.

Grow Cycling Foundation Shares Top Job Postings for September 2024
Just FYI, these job titles likely pay anything from 50-100% more in other industries. The bike industry is fun, but it loses its' luster after a while when you can't meet your personal financial goals because the industry is taking advantage of people who love bicycles. Truly not trying to be negative here, just was my personal experience after 8+ years in bike shops and 3 years in a corporate industry environment.
